GROUPON VOUCHERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS
1. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling any service, the deposit goes towards your treatment. If you schedule 3 services you must pay 3 deposits. (groupon vouchers appointments do not have to pay deposit)
2. A $30 no show fee will be applied to ALL missed appointments not canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. You are only allowed one no show before you are banned from booking with us indefinitely. It is the clients responsibility to remember their time and date of appointment, an email reminder will be sent to client 48 hours prior to appointment so please provide a correct email address when scheduling and please check it again at least 30 minutes after scheduling due to the fact that we may have had to adjust your appointment time, and you will be informed via email.
3. ALL GROUPON VOUCHER APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED UNDER GROUPON VOUCHER TO AVOID BEING CHARGED REGULAR PRICE!! If you schedule under Face so smooth microdermabrasion you will be charged the full price. {Only one groupon per person will be honored once every six months} IF YOU SCHEDULE FOR A SATURDAY APPOINTMENT WITH A GROUPON VOUCHER YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED!!!!
4. If you are 10 minutes late or more for your appointment you will have to reschedule your appointment unless advised otherwise, in which case a $15 late fee may be applied to your bill and your service time will be cut short. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid losing deposit. You will be allowed to reschedule your appointment twice, after which you will forfeit your deposit, and possibly be banned from booking with us indefinitely.
5. A 2.7% service charge will be added to all credit and debit card payments made at Prestige Aesthetics. Please be prepared to present proper ID when using a credit card. If taking a class with us, remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY the day of class. When scheduling please schedule by the hour or half hour. Your appointment is subject to modification to best fit my schedule if appointments overlap with other appointments, so please check your email 24 hours after booking to confirm that no changes were made to your appointment.
6. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY EXTRA PEOPLE WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT our office is small and can only accommodate our scheduled clients, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
7. Please arrive for your appointment at your scheduled time. If you arrive early please stay in your car until your ACTUAL appointment time. We reserve time in between clients to clean our facility for your safety.
8. OUR OFFICE IS CLEANED, SANITIZED, AND DISINFECTED BETWEEN EVERY CLIENT!!!.
9. Chemical peels will not be performed on first time clients. You must prepare your skin for a chemical peel by receiving a minimum of two facial services prior to peel. Some peels require you to prep your skin with our recommended products at home 1-2 weeks prior to treatment
10. When receiving body sculpting treatments, it is imperative to follow your treatment plan as well as your post treatment care plan. It is also very important to be consistent with your treatments.
11. Please arrive to your appointment showered and with all of your personal hygiene taken care of.
